Brent L. Williams Sr.
President | CEO
Mr. Williams is a successful and motivated business professional bringing a 30-year career in small business ownership, information technology, developing, and marketing solutions to consumer problems and an expert that quickly masters new concepts and technologies to drive successful businesses.
Mr. Williams is also a Service-Disabled Veteran having served in the US Army and a combat service veteran during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
Mr. Williams opened 365 Facilitators in 2020 during COVID-19. His business was vetted by the Small Business Administration and granted certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in 2021.

Brent has over 3 years experience managing fulfillment of Federal, Commercial & Local contracts across multiple states encompassing California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida and Texas. He continues to expand his business acumen through pursuits across an array of industries encompassing Janitorial, Landscaping, Construction and Technology Services.
He is a strong team member/leader, an empathic listener with excellent writing skills, and demonstrates these qualities by implementing strategies towards increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition, managing employees and driving growth, with metrics towards increasing revenue.
Sonnecia Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Sonnecia is a dynamic leader with a track record of driving operational excellence and streamlining policies and procedures.
Sonnecia holds a Bachelor's degree focused on Human Resource management. Including many years of strategic planning, team leadership, and process optimization with over 10 years of prior entrepreneurial leadership experience.
She's dedicated to always fostering an agile environment that adapts to company demands and aligns with company goals.

Lisa Logan is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in office management and human resources.

Ruby Gary
Midwest Regional Manager
Ms. Ruby Gary is a true native of the Midwest region. Ruby obtained her security license in 2020, which included 20 hours of basic training. She began her career with our former businesses, Guard Force International, Inc/Guard Force Inc in 2021, serving as Contract Security Officer (Guard I) at Captain James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center North Chicago Illinois. Ruby received invaluable and extensive training by the V.A. Police during her service there which has greatly influenced and impacted her career path.
Since her time as a security officer with our former businesses, She’s since returned 2023 to join our 365FAC Executive Team where she’s advanced her skills and leadership qualities through several roles within the company, including Lead Officer, Captain, and now Executive Regional Manager. Ruby developed a wide range of skills, encompassing:

Using D.A.R. (Detect, Assess, Report) forms with a focus on factual reporting of daily activity ensuring safety and security for VA Staff & Visitors.

Identifying suspicious activity and packages.

Proficiently opening and closing facilities and setting alarm systems.

Monitoring cameras to ensure the safe departure of all employees, veterans, and visitors.

Communicating effectively and respectfully with veterans and VA PD/Staff.

Scheduling Security Guards across multiple locations and ensuring continuous Post Coverage Designations.
Ruby is passionate, highly professional and deeply committed to providing comprehensive security solutions for the Midwest region. She values close collaboration with security personnel and offers individualized on-site training to meet the unique needs of each location. She fosters confidence in all her team members and their abilities, as well as her own, to adapt to diverse situations and deliver effective security measures.
Ruby is a solid leader and an immense asset to our 365Fac Executive Team.
Sedrick Dudley
West Coast Regional Manager
Sedrick Dudley comes with extensive experience as a Milieu Coordinator in residential, in-patient hospital, and trauma-informed care treatment centers, working with children, adolescents, and adults in the mental health field.
Sedrick is also a Satori Alternatives for Managing Aggression (SAMA) Instructor, teaching de-escalation techniques during orientation for new and returning staff.
Sedrick continues to serve as the Executive Regional Manager for Northern California Region over the past two (2) year and going.
He's also a US Army Veteran, and take pride in our commitment to serving veterans and partners with excellence as we continue to grow.

George W. Saviolidis
SFNC Ops Manager
Mr. George W. Saviolidis comes to 365 Facilitators, with over 25 years of extensive background in large security strategies and high profile security operations, asset protection and personal protection.
Major George has many year’s in regional operational management, individual/personal training, logistics and an acute eye for detail, Mr. Saviolidis brings a High Degree of Professionalism to any security situation and/or Location.
Mr. Saviolidis came to 365 Facilitators through the 2023 acquisition from Guard Force International, Inc/Guard Force Inc. with a seven years tenure and is an intricate security asset to the protection and individual care, needed, for VA Hospitals and National Cemetery’s throughout The State of Florida.

Raynard Harris Sr.
Director of Security - Florida
Raynard Harris Sr. is a seasoned security and operations leader with over a decade of experience managing large-scale security teams and delivering professional, client-focused service. Since 2023, he has provided strong leadership at 365 Facilitators, overseeing personnel performance, safety compliance, and operational excellence while fostering professionalism, integrity, and accountability across teams.

Raynard’s background includes prior leadership roles with GFI (Guard Force Inc.) and GFS (Guard Forces LLC), where he built a reputation for effective team management, problem-solving, and maintaining secure, well-coordinated environments. His experience spans crowd management, patrol operations, staff supervision, incident documentation, and coordination with law enforcement partners.

Known for his calm leadership style, organizational strength, and commitment to service, Raynard brings a people-first approach to security operations. He holds active security licenses and multiple safety certifications, and he is proficient in Microsoft Office tools to support reporting, scheduling, and operational oversight.

Shawn Wiggs | DeVoy Private Security
Mr. Shawn Wiggs is a Military Veteran who also holds an SDVOSB Certification.
As the owner of DeVoy Private Security, Shawn brings extensive experience in protecting residential, commercial, and government properties.
His background includes honorably serving in the United States Navy, and providing years of hands-on leadership in managing security operations, developing risk mitigation strategies, and maintaining contract compliance. Shawn specialize in building reliable security teams, ensuring client safety, and delivering consistent, professional service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
His qualifications include military service, state certifications, and a proven track record of performance in high-responsibility environments.
Mr. Wiggs also serves as PPO Holder IAW the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Licensure in the State of California.
Kenneth R. Shaw Sr.
Director of Compliance & Training
Kenneth Shaw Sr. carries over 28 years of combined experience in commercial security across both local and federal law enforcement. Mr. Shaw hosts a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the security industry with emphasis around physical security, background investigations, high-rise complex protection, personal protection, and the administration and management of security operations.
Mr. Shaw has held several leadership roles including Operations Manager, Investigator, and Security Consultant.
Additionally, he possesses a strong foundation in business—both educationally and professionally, which enhances his ability to manage teams, develop strategies, and ensure compliance across security operations.
Mr. Shaw is a certified instructor in CPR/AD, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and tactical security defense. He is equipped to train professionals in compliance and regulatory standards, contributing to safer environments and more effective teams.
